Aligned to Collect, Black Collection Services utilises a fully integrated PC/phone system. This Computer Telephony Integration allows all functions to be controlled directly from the PC screen.

One of the biggest assets to the company, and indeed any mercantile agent, is the integration of the predictive dialler into our present system. This facility has enabled us to increase the effective time of our agents by 200% giving Black Collection Services the ability to handle large volumes of work in an efficient and effective manner.

The call centre enables a full 12-hour day to run up until 8pm, with this roster running Monday till Saturday outbound calls are covered efficiently and comprehensively

Superior Process

Skip Tracing

As with many agencies, bad contact information and debtor relocation is a continual problem. To alleviate this Black Collection Services have a dedicated Skip Tracing department that are tasked with locating missing debtors and providing the collection teams with up to date contact information.

Process Serving

Although being based out of our Sydney office, we have the capacity to reach people on the ground nationally. This is provided by a number of document serving agencies that are retained in order to provide services such as field calls, summons service and investigation to our clients.
